After being subjected to the movie numerous times throughout high-school and later college, I have admittedly fallen in love with the 1996 film-rendition of William Shakespeare’s famous Hamlet-and I finally found it on VHS!

Directed by and starring Kenneth Branagh (amongst a bunch of other A-list actors), this award-winning film focuses on Shakespeare’s most popular tragedy. Running at a whopping 242 minutes, this still-sealed (for now), two-tape VHS was often used in schools as an educational-film to showcase the well-known play, and still serves as a great rendition of the timeless tale of to be, or not to be! Brb while I go watch all of this.
